• Bookings are provisional until verified and confirmed by Living Structures in writing.
• Allotments are subject to availability and timely payment of the booking amount and subsequent installments.
• Living Structures reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-payment or documentation delays.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the payment schedule in the booking or sale agreement.
• Prices exclude registration fees, stamp duty, legal charges, GST, and other applicable taxes unless expressly mentioned.
• Delayed payments may attract interest or result in cancellation as per policy.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the Buyer cancels prior to signing the Sale Agreement, Living Structures reserves the right to forfeit a portion or the entire booking amount to cover administrative costs.
• After signing the Sale Agreement, cancellations will follow the terms mentioned in that Agreement.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after deductions.

8. Possession & Delivery

Project delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to approvals, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. Possession shall be offered after full payment, registration, and compliance with agreement terms.

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content on this website are the property of Living Structures. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
